(She/her/hers)

As a seasoned counselor with over a decade of experience, I have witnessed the profound resilience and strength that lies within each individual. I believe that healing from trauma and life struggles is a journey that requires courage and support: BRAVERY. I am here to guide and support you as you navigate the often complex and overwhelming emotions that arise from painful memories and experiences. My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion, understanding, and individualized care. With years of specialized training in trauma-informed therapy, I provide a safe and nurturing space where you can feel heard, validated, and supported. My goal is to create an environment that fosters healing, growth, and empowerment—allowing you to reclaim your sense of self and rebuild the life that you want.

For child survivors of trauma, I offer age-appropriate interventions that facilitate healing, reduce the impact of trauma, and provide a platform for growth. I utilize evidence-based techniques, play therapy, and expressive arts to help children process their experiences within a supportive and nurturing setting.
